Hahaki
Hahaki, the name of our store means in the Rapa Nui language “collecting shells or collecting shellfish”, which is one of the traditional activities on the island, since they are used to make everything from decorations and souvenirs to necklaces and traditional costumes.
Our store offers visitors a varied selection of fine Peruvian cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts with exclusive Rapa Nui motifs, as they are designed by our own family, so that the tourist takes away a beautiful and unique souvenir of their visit.
In addition, we are specialized in importing products from Hawaii, which, like Easter Island, is part of the Polynesian Triangle. In Hahaki you can find shirts, cotton sarongs, children’s suits, dresses, pendants made with bone and jewelry made of steel and Koa wood, a wood exclusive to Hawaii.
We also invite you to discover the Heva cosmetic line, originally from Tahiti: tanning and moisturizing oils, body milks and creams, colognes and soaps, all with delicious aromas.
You will also find in our store beautiful works of local craftsmanship, made of cold ceramics, mahute (bark of a local bush) with obsidian, seed or kakaka (banana fiber).
Additionally, we offer our visitors the Bicycle Rental Service so they can tour our wonderful island.
