Signature cuisine with French and Polynesian influence is the proposal we offer in the new restaurant Mahalo Terraza & Bistro.
In an exclusive environment, with a harmonious decoration based on wood, simulating a bungalow and with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, we invite you to live a complete experience, enjoying a careful cuisine, good vibes and the welcoming spirit of Rapa Nui .
Our kitchen is prepared with care by professionals who strive to serve each dish with the highest quality. We use modern and innovative processes and rely on fresh products of the day combined with seasonings and spices brought from outside such as curry, pink salt or salt from the Himalayas.
Everything we serve in Mahalo is prepared in an artisanal way, we do not use any processed or packaged product. We invite you to taste our homemade breads, homemade pates, fresh pastas and the creamy ice creams that accompany our desserts.
Do not forget to taste our desserts tasting with 3 types of sweets: 2 of the menu and an inspiration from the chef, to surprise the clients on each occasion. Or the famous “Cake of the Nua” (following the traditional recipe of the mother) that is a symbol in Easter Island.
We also offer you a bounded and well-made cocktail menu, prepared with seasonal local ingredients such as pineapple, cucumber, Luisa herb, coconut milk and Tahiti vanilla. Refreshing drinks with subtle flavors, ideal for the hot climate of Easter Island.
